Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate, experienced dance professionals who bring creativity, energy, and dedication to everything they do. With diverse backgrounds and ongoing training in Greece and internationally, our teachers inspire students of all ages to grow, express themselves, and enjoy dance in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Mety Panagiotopoulou

Meti is a graduate of the Despina Grigoriadou Higher Professional School of Dance and the Athens Law School, and holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts from the University of Strasbourg. She is a dance teacher and choreographer, with a particular interest in creating meaningful audience experiences.

Since 2017, she has been the Artistic Director of the “Rokka Festival,” an event held every August in the inland region of Kissamos, Chania. In 2019, she founded “Metaxoto” in Chania, Crete. She speaks English and French, participates in conferences, meetings, and TEDx talks related to the performing arts.

Aria Stamataki

Aria is a choreographer, dancer, and dance instructor, and a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has been working professionally in dance since 2012, beginning her training at the National Opera House’s training program. She later obtained the Professional Dance Diploma from the Ministry of Culture and in 2024, completed her postgraduate studies in Arts and Culture Management at Rome Business School. She works with people with disabilities, teaching dance, following specialized training from the University of West Attica.

Nikitas Andreyev

Nikitas was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. A few years later, he moved to Chania, where he still lives today. He took his first dance steps at the age of 14 and went on to train intensively in hip hop and breakdance. He has distinguished himself in European and international breakdance competitions, winning titles and awards.

In recent years, he has also been working professionally in videygraphy. Since 2013, he has been teaching breakdance in Chania and travels regularly.

Jo Malatsi

Jo has been involved in dance since the age of four. She began with ballet, but her love for modern dance led her to specialise in hip hop, commercial dance, and other street styles. She both performs and regularly attends classes and workshops with established choreographers from across Greece and abroad.

Eleni Menioudaki

Eleni is has many years of experience in customer service and transaction management. At Metaxoto she ensures the smooth operation of daily activities, managing communication with students and parents, and coordinating activities effectively. She stands out for her professionalism, consistency, and courteous manner, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
